I have the utmost faith in Mueller, this investigation and our IC

If Mueller does not file a detailed indictment charging members of Trump's campaign with conspiring with Russia, that'd be a good thing.

Although, reading through the article, I can't help but think this subtle sentence will end up negating the entire article.

"There is a wildcard — if the Mueller report contains allegations of potentially impeachable offenses against the president, scholars have said the Justice Department would have to pass the full details of that to Congress.".
