First off I really think she misinterpreted what David

Toscano meant. I think he only meant that this time everyone out in the streets of Charlottesville we’re wearing blue and orange and celebrating. I’ve seen or heard no one suggesting that this win was any kind of redemption for the city of Charlottesville. If it was a redemption, it was a redemption for the team.

For the city of Charlottesville, it was simply an opportunity to come together in a night of celebration., A Time to be in the national spotlight again for all the right reasons, a time for love, with no hate in sight. Of course it’s a momentary celebration and of course it erases nothing .

The city of Charlottesville just wanted to go to a party that night and no one should be making excuses because that party turned out more than all right.
