Yep. Heard Jason Chaffetz the other day saying the Obama administration


didn't even reply to many of the subpoenas he sent them, let alone refuse to comply. HWW's, Matt's, HooTV's, etc. "outrage" over that tipping point, and our own political leanings aside, will the same Congress even still be in place before they can try to force compelling?

I'm not defending these moves by either side, but can see where this just adds to the political mess we already have - show boating subpoenas and nah, nah, nah you can't make me replies. Other than political fallout, what is the risk to refusing to comply?
