Man, you're disappointing me HWW!

I thought that was A+ whaddabout effort on my part, and not even an acknowledgement! :-)

I didn't waste my time with the article and this earlier, because I would hope honest thinkers would come to it on their own, but as I've said before, and Boca already hit on, if you're going to scream "emoluments clause", you're going to have to show how these rentals (or any such screams) are well out of line with market rates (like say, speaking fees in Russia for certain gov't official's spouses) to start. And that it is meaningful and you can show corresponding benefits to the payers being given.

Simply renting a room, or a condo in this case, at market rates is going to get you a big fat yawn at best.
