So what's different? Trump threatens and blusters about tariffs. Even


members of the GOP grumble. Consternation is created. Then he tweets and magically makes his created problem go away. This bait and switch shouldn't work on an educated person. So tell us...what exactly is different and what did Mexico agree to? Does this mean we don't need the wall now?
