But instead, what if it was Bonsackhoo robbed the Kroger in Barracks Road Shopping Center right after the UVA National championship game. He entered the store at 7PM and took all of the zima in aisle 3.
Other witnesses corroborate that I was in Charlottesville at the time, that I like Zima, and that I had a relationship with that Kroger.
Two employees from Kroger will testify that they knew I often came to the store and bought Zima, and that the store had immediately noticed missing Zima after the game but there are no records to prove this.
This is also the 27th grocery store that has accused me of robbing it.
That is all testimony. It is evidence.
