In 2.5 years as President, the man has never offered a single coherent plan on anything. He regularly gives speeches where it is clear he has no idea what the hell he is talking about, and regularly reveals an ignorance of the basic laws and functions of the country and government he is suppossed to be leading. The only thing more embarrasing than his ignorance is his abject lack of curiosity and overwhelming disdain for knowledge. His entire MO is smoke and mirrors, there is no substance.

I will agree some of the democratic candidates ideas are outright ludicrous. But at least they have an idea. Trump has nothing but a sales pitch/half-assed marketing campaign.(see "Build that wall", Kushner Middle East plan, USMCA, etc.). If the democrats would just attack him on actual policy and stop getting side-tracked by the rest it would be obvious the emperor has no clothes to even his own supporters. There isn't one person in the democratic primary whose grasp of the issues Americans care about isn't far beyond that of Trump. They need to focus where he is weak and call him out publicly on it. What is he going to do? He isn't going to change his stripes. He'll never buckle down and actually learn things. He'll keep making personal attacks and character assassinations because he has nothing else. He is a failed president, and can't possibky hope to run on his own record of miscues and legislative and judicial failures.
