This baby is getting ugly


While this is new news, this employee wrote to a congressman vs. going through the Whistle Blower process for that department. While I do understand why someone may not trust that process, but by doing it this way it just provides ammo to the "deep state" believers.
The fact this out reach was two months ago, it cannot be called a new "pile on".

The thing that I see here is by not filing a formal complaint, you circumvented the due process that the complaint triggers. Sure, you can do that due process now, but I would not want to be the person that sent the letter.

Both sides are going to use this to their own agenda. I am not surprised by Hoos Operator comment below.
