Criminally, it won't be easy. Abuse of Power in office? There is no ...

question. The biggest issue is convincing the Senators to stand up for the country rather than counting votes. Some will argue that we should wait a year for the election as impeachment and conviction are unprecedented in the United States (Nixon resigned). It will further hurt the country. That said, Trump proved that he will not stop cheating and lying. The sooner he's gone, the better.

Abuse of Power is what Congress should be focused on. Obstruction is serious, but tougher to push the Senators on. As for tax fraud, it will be a criminal investigation when Trump leaves office. The Trump Organizatiin should probably relocate to Russia. The Republicans will turn on him as soon as he is out of office.
