He ain't rich. BUT, he has made quite a bit of money over his lifetime. Best article I have seen is attached. The BIDEN name, as is often the case in politics is worth lot of "in the doors."

James isn't much better at business apparently.

Many improprieties have cropped up over the years. They have been investigated as you can see from the article. The Biden's have not been found guilty of any wrong-doing. I can only think of a few of explanations including:
1 - The Biden's are WAY better at hiding improprieties than the administration
2 - Joe is clean, but clearly turns his head at some of his families unseemly activities
3 - They are all clean. But other than Joe, they can't seem to stay away from folks that get into trouble - meaning they ain't bright. Not saying this isn't possible. Lots of folks fall for things that are too good to be true.
