What's this?

The President can decide he finds something more important than a he does a


foreign nation. Just like it's the President's perogative to choose a path that his diplomats think is damaging ultimately to a foreign nation that those diplomats do not want damaged.

The question is how a President goes about enforcing these perogatives. This was ham handed corruption pure and simple. Couldn't be more clear.
