If truth was imprortant you would have quoted the article correctly and
Would have found out who interfax-ukraine is.
First, the complete quote is: "Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko said on Thursday that U.S. ambassador Gordon Sondland did not explicitly link military aid to Kiev with opening an investigation into former Vice President Joe Biden and his son, Interfax Ukraine reported"
Key word being explicitly. "I need you to do me a favor, though" is not explicit but well understood.
The source of the quote is interfax-ukraine. From Wikipedia:
The Interfax-Ukraine News Agency (Ukrainian: Інтерфакс-Україна) is a Kiev-based Ukrainian news agency founded in 1992. The company belongs to the Russian news group Interfax Information Services.
Yeah, I'm sure they're about as reliable as Fox News.
