That's some impressive pretzel logic there
Let me provide you with an anaolgy. Does a radio operator sitting in the back of an AWACS need to know the names of the soldiers on the ground in order to protect them from an enemy? Furthermore, don't military units use call signs (codenames) rather than personal names when they communicate in order to protect individual's identities. That type of operational security is highly effective, unless someone is stupid enough to reveal their own identity either deliberately or inadvertantly.
