This is so much worse than actually investigating

Like an actual investigation would at least have some pretense that it is happening for some claimed legit reason. But that's not what Trump wanted. He just wanted a cloud over Biden and so he leveraged the aid to try to get Ukraine to invent a fake investigation into completely fake claims.

Fraud on top of fraud, all for pure personal campaign gain.
