But certainly not a baseless presumption. The call transcript alone makes


the presumption rock solid. Guy says "we're ready for those missiles" and other guys says, next words out of his mouth, "I need a favor though". That's an obvious link.

There has been a plethora of corroboration - Jennifer Williams and Vindman both expressing very urgent concerns about the specific mentions of Burisma and Crowdstrike, not corruption generally, and Volker pointing out that, while he thought there was a distinction between investigating Burisma and investigating one of its board members, Hunter Biden, he realized that Trump's mentions of Burisma were just searching for dirt on Biden. Not to mention testimony from both Taylor and Hill.

All this isn't just "presumption". It's evidence, and a lot of it.
