I seriously doubt that the Senate has the power to make him appear anyway particularly given that it is painfully obvious given the executive branch's recent actions to ignore them, that Congressional subpoena's have no force anyway. This is just a really, really asinine attempt to deflect from pending impeachment charges that haven't even been passed yet. Dumb as shit.
