Ron Johnson? the same Ron Johnson who wanted to impeach Clinton in 2016

I guess if obstruction of Congress is willful concealing of official records, he is locked in as a Yes on impeachment, so there's no need for witnesses.

Sen. Ron Johnson said he believed Hillary Clinton could be impeached if she becomes president, according to an interview with the Beloit (Wis.) Daily News.

The Republican senator from Wisconsin referred to two legal codes, 18 U.S. Code 2071, for concealing or mutilating official records; and 18 U.S. Code 793, for gathering, transmitting or losing defense information.

“She purposefully circumvented it. This was willful concealment and destruction," Johnson told the paper on Monday. "I would say yes, high crime or misdemeanor. I believe she is in violation of both laws.”
