He just rambles incoherently and doesn't appear to have a thoughtful bone in his body. But contrast that with the attached interview (you have to first get past the hair), where he appears somewhat intelligent and thoughtful. Hard to believe those two interviews are by the same person. I mean, you can see some of his same mannerisms in the 1980 interview, but he doesn't ramble incoherently like a crazy person.
