The Mueller report, first confirmed previous intelligence and judicial find
findings that the Russian government had attempted to manipulate our presidential election to the favor of Donald Trump. Secondly they found over 30 incidents of representatives of Russia making contact with members of the Trump campaign or family, most of which were originally lied about by said Trump campaign member or family. Third at least in part because of lack of cooperation from the White House, including the president, they were unable to conclusively prove that the Trump. Trump campaign had conspired with the Russian government to manipulate our election. Fourth they provided documentation for 10 separate incidents of possible obstruction of justice by the president. Because of Justice Department rules under Barr they were prevented from recommending any indictments of the president for such obstruction. Because they could not indict, which would give the indicted a day in court to present their side, they believed it was unfair for them to even put conclusions of theirs in writing, with the caveat that if they’d been able to conclude there was no obstruction of justice they would’ve said that. They left it for Congress to do its job and investigate these 10 incidents
