It depends on how you define journalism

If you want the reporters to express their points of view through their articles, then the WP is great. If you simply want reporting on the events that occurred, it is shit. IMHO, pieces like "Trump's quest to rewrite the history of the Russia probe" belong on the op/ed page, not on A1. Subscribers are subjected to this shit almost every day. You can't even escape it in the Style section. It has turned into overflow for columns that didn't fit in the A section.
