Ryno hoo gave me a like, and I am sure you are wrong

I have worked for business building systems using workflow that often have a legal component for 25+ years.

DHS consistently receives the largest number of FOIA requests of any federal department or agency, receiving almost 40 percent of all requests within the Federal Government. I actually worked on that system 3 to 5 days a week for 3 years. I have no idea if Ryno works here, but I know from past posts he most likely works on a system with a significant number of requests.

There is a need, a real need, for a legal component when fulfilling FOIA requests. The work is needed, and I have no idea of ryno's competence. I will say that his work is just as hard, if not harder, than a contracts lawyer for a commercial company.
