Pro tip for getting kids to eat veggies.....
Steam cauliflower and bake sweet potatoes, then mash/blend together with a little bit of maple syrup and cinnamon and a little salt (maybe a dash of nutmeg) and you've got fresh baby food that little ones will gobble up. Excellent adult side-dish, as well.
