A couple of metrics I’d like to see are, at what percent of capacity


Is any given locality’s medical system? And how many more concurrent patients before capacity is exceeded.
I suspect New York City is close to being there now. And I suspect that once capacity is exceeded in a locality, the mortality rate will rise because of a decrease in quality of care. And capacity has to be measured in terms of beds and people, and the tools they need such as protective equipment
