I was talking to my neighbors last night (outside at a safe distance). They think they actually had the virus a month ago. The husband was saying he was in a meeting in mid-Feb and the guy in front of him was hacking up a lung. He ended up getting sick soon after with a bad cough and a fever. He was sick for two weeks. His wife then got sick for a week but not as bad.

His company now has a lot of people infected including the CEO (Altria). Turns out the guy hacking up a lung was hosting an exchange student from Wuhan.

So it’s very possible this was two doors down from me a month ago, and our kids play together all the time. Fortunately, they never had to go to the hospital and are fine now.

We just have to assume it’s everywhere. We need testing to be able to quickly identify it and isolate it when it pops up, as it will pop up until there’s a vaccine.
