I have a daughter in Birmingham, 9 hours away. In short, she's stressed with two children and her husband working his first year of medical residency. Last we heard was 21 straight days of work and counting. Terrible.

So...we are driving to Birmingham, picking her up with the two kids, then all of us heading north to NE Ohio to visit our other daughter and her family there. So we'll see five grandkids and our three kids a at once for a few days staying in a hotel.

We've been super cautious, and we'll continue to practice social distancing and take our masks along. Having said that, the opportunity to see everyone and have some fun will definitely erode some of the precautions we've been taking.

We'll be driving though Louisville, Lord willing, Saturday. I'll tip my Sabres cap at you, brother!
