I was hoping it was a mistake, but he was arrested (link)


I was hoping he came around a turn, but the way they ran, they saw him.

I know a loaded tanker would be hard to stop, but it looks like he did not hit the brakes hard. With that, it is a tanker so you do not want to jack knife.
