Time for Rep Abigail Spanberger to live up to candidate Spanberer's promise to decriminalize marijuana at the federal level, certainly more significant of a move than "make choke holds illegal", or whatever weak proposals we've seen so far.

The proposal below from the Dems, seem so weak. The cynic in me wants to believe they are more/less happy with the current division (the divisions, and continued GOP stupidity help Dems) as the status quo benefits them.
