I believe NFL owners have a right to pass on Kaepernick's services if they feel he is a detriment to the bottomline as long as it's not based on race, sexual orientation, nationality, etc. That said, they can't collude to keep Kaepenick out like their settlement implied. More importantly, the NFL owners showed their true colors ... and they will always be remembered for being on the wrong side of history and morality. They're assholes.
