There are no good answers if you can't keep schools and daycare centers open. I subscribe to the theory that we should get back to work, wear a mask, and stay home if you have symptoms, but I admit that plan falls apart when 3 kindergarten teachers call in sick on Wednesday morning because they went for drinks on Friday night and the waiter was infected. Can shut down the bar and test the staff, but if there are 300 kids about to get on buses, that's a different situation.
