Hospitals have been reopened for a while now. Yes it is reasonable
To want to know what is a normal level of hospitalization because the Covid hospitalizations are an ad on to that. Not many hospitals can afford to operate at a low capacity utilization in normal times so there’s not but so much excess available when a pandemic happens on top of normal. During the shut down hospital capacityWas mostly devoted to Covid patients. That was unsustainable which emphasizeD the need to flatten the curve and spread out the Covid add on population as thinly as possible
