Was talking to a friend who knows it all last night


Trump supporter. We're talking about the virus and he says with authority, well it's not a real pandemic first off. It's not that dangerous. I tried to gently correct him as to the what the word actually means, but he remained skeptical as to me knowing anything.

It's depressing to talk issues with anyone these days. Everybody has a strong opinion, but most of them don't know what they're talking about. They don't put in any effort to learn. It's easier to make snap judgements and just stick with it. Any disagreement you get can be written off at pure politics.
