We got some mailers for it and it looked decent at first. Seems to cater


to a crowd at the Florida location that's into NASCAR with it's proximity to Daytona, which is not our thing. The one at Hilton Head is more enticing, but it really isn't on Hilton Head. Rather it's in Hardeeville. That's fine; nice amenities and such, but we like being closer to the water.

Still, it seems more enjoyable than many of the planned communities.
