Increased, but still inadequate testing, especially in the many states with
positivity rate in the mid-teens if not mid-twenties, 50K+ new cases every day now, with Fauci predicting we're headed to 100K per day if we can't control outbreaks, ICU overhead shrinking to single digits in many states, including Texas even with their second-to-none hospital capacity, and despite Kushner-lead "Project Airbridge", there's still no coherent national strategy to address PPE deficiencies. For example, "the demand for N95 masks exceeds the national supply of 160 million by roughly 30 million."

Some Trumpies are still pushing HCQ, at least when they haven't just given up and accepted herd immunity as the inevitable solution, because social distancing and wearing a face mask is just too hard.
