Second, if you read the article you linked, he conflates and blames both the premature re-opening and the protests, but primarily the re-opening. His musings with regard to the protestors being unmasked are contrary to mine, and even he had to posit that the protestors congregated in bars and restaurants unmasked afterwards as part of his theory.

Third, guess what Republican Carlos Gimenez just did? Re-closed all the restaurants and bars in his jurisdiction for on-premise dining or drinking.
