The "wokeness" quotient with everything in that article is beyond silly, but as I posted in a thread the other day... focus on what you can control and you'll be fine. This is noise... and vocal, extreme minorities are always going to create noise.

If my employer held a whites only mandatory training session which asked me to "examine my complicity in white supremacy", instructed me on "how to undo my own whiteness" (I'm afraid that's beyond a lost cause for me), and give up my 'physical safety' and 'white normative behavior', I wouldn't complain (I hate complainers), but I would find another job.
