I view it as a matter of restoration on a fundamental level.

Restoration of:
1. Common decency from the WH
2. The truth
3. A balance of power between legislative & executive branches
4. Independence of Intelligence
5. Independence of Department of State
6. Independence of Department of Justice
7. Governmental competence
8. Legislative functionality
9. Respect for the role of the press

Lastly, we need to take a hard look at replacing some rules, principles, and norms with laws that can be enforced, to serve as guardrails for the next smarter more competent disloyal demagogue.
