If that word is so bad, why do blacks use it so much?

I find that to be fascinating. For instance, if whites thought "cracker" was a horrible and offensive word, would they call each other "cracka?"

And when you are riding down the road listening to rap music and singing along, are you supposed to not sing the slang N word part? What if you do? Is that racist? Very confusing.
