Bring police unions to the State and allow them to collectively bargain on discipline policy. If the General Assembly is serious about making a difference, they might want to address this elephant in the room that they passed in 2020, that’s scheduled to Kick-off in May of 2021. Have they not been following these cities where problem officers are disciplined, only to have the binding arbitration process over-turn or reduce the decision?
