Seriously though, Bowser is the elected Mayor of the City and if she wants streets painted, she is well within her rights to do so. Did I mention she is the elected Mayor of the City? Got nothing to do with what these kids are doing.

Would I arrest them myself ... nah, why bother? I can only assume they are NOT painting the street in their own neighborhood; but in someone else's neighborhood ... and those folks have the right to complain about it.

I think your kids are safe in your neighborhood unless ... they piss off your neighbors.
