leadership is costing this country billions and billions of dollars. Let's rack up the cost of pandemic-related safety net spending and stimulus when all is said and done and see where we are versus other developed markets. It will take generations to pay for this.

Covid clearly isn't his fault, but he has to shoulder a lot of the blame for how we've responded - and it has been $$$ expensive (and needlessly so). Every country shut things down, some have been better than others about managing through. Many people are back in offices in Europe and Asia. Kids are going to be back in school in most modern markets. We are a laughing stock, and it is really going to get painful when we have to foot the bill.

This is the #1 reason I hate Trump. If he was ruthlessly competent, I could stomach him being a piece-of-shit human. But he's not - he's a fucking idiot and his team sucks.
