I can understand the pros, although I think the no-bubble concept is a
recipe for disaster. There you're talking about grownups who have a contract, collective bargaining rights, lawyers, etc. and can choose to risk their own health in order to get millions of dollars.
College sports make all of no fucking sense to me. There is just no reason for it -- and no, I could not care less how important college football is to fans in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama. They should not ask a bunch of kids to risk their lives and health for free. But not surprised they are doing just that.
