Perhaps Biden's being a gaffe machine and kind of a dope is the reason he

never got past VP in the first place. He is old and even less sharp than he was in the past, but he will be fine and his team will be strong. Don't buy into this weak "dementia" narrative it's is a bunch of nonsense.

The alternative actually is mentally ill, narcissistic and a fundamentally bad person and all the other choices for the Dem contest were horribly flawed. I supported Warren, you supported Bernie, but I have a feeling either would have almost certainly lost without this pandemic and who knows how they would have done with it.
