I agree. The Biden Campaign has to take a stand here.

There is a line to walk, which shouldn’t be that hard, except everything’s about soundbites so statements can be taken out of context.

Politically, it is critical for Joe to do that. More broadly, anyone who agrees with, say, Doc Rivers in general about persistent racial issues in this country, should be screaming at the tops of their lungs against violence, looting, and rioting. A groundswell of support is waning rapidly, and it will all get lost in the distractions inevitably caused by chaos.
