to be in close proximity to others. My wife and I drove up to Virginia near Fancy Gap last week to buy some local apples. As we drove to out the winding road to Cana, we noticed Trump signs in a lot of front yards, as well as a few of the big Trump flags. Not a single Biden sign was seen in VA. We stopped an a packing house where we purchased our apples. No one working there was wearing a mask. On the way back, we stopped at a rustic little store, and no one was wearing a mask. I kept backing away from a heavily bearded guy who was trying to be friendly with his conversation. (We wore our KN-95 masks, so there's a bit of protection to us.)

This morning, I learned that someone from Danville who I knew well from my volunteer work on the board of a professional music group died from Covid 19 last night. He and I both served as board president, and he was still an active singer in the group. Rest in peace, Bill.
