It's crazy that in a democracy with only 2 major parties, that one of the parties has no concern with the fact that less people support it. Gerrymandering, voting restrictions, biased state laws, obstructionism, electoral college, 2 senate seats per state, just luck in some cases....whatever the hell they need to do to remain in power is applauded by their base. And ironically, any policies that could make the party a bigger tent are scorned by the base.

Does the far-right feel even the slightest concern that democracy isn't working when the majority repeatedly has less representation across all branches of government, state and federal? Nah, just make sure the courts are packed with young extremists so no matter what happens we can cram decisions down the country's throat for the next 40 years. Aren't we awesome. SMDH....
