Tying this to the pandemic is dumb. That would be like tying a school

shooting to the pandemic and saying that we shouldn't have kids in school during a pandemic and if we hadn't had ill-advised in class teaching the school shooting wouldn't have happened. while technically true, it's just dumb logic. If the rally during a pandemic leads to a bunch of people being hospitalized for Covid, then I'm right with you.

Yes, you can assign blame under the "buck stops here" principle, but I'm guessing the logistics were outsourced to a local transport company and they fucked up. This could just as easily happen to any candidate during a campaign rally
