Joe's goal all along was to win back WI, MI, and PA. Above and foremost.


After 2018, he wanted to pick up AZ as Senimi (sp) showed that the state was purple.

I think his next priority was FL, then probably GA and NC in no particular order, and funding came in for him to do this. It looks now like he may have very successfully structured his campaign objectives and implemented. Well, except for stepping on his pecker in Florida. Apparently, the Florida Dems were screaming at him to be more attentive and he flopped. But looking at the final numbers there, I don't think FL was winnable.
