I'm surprised by how many people have referred to the looming socialist


menace in these discussions. The GOP has done a wonderful job with that messaging and with 'defund the police'. It has really resonated. Not that I think this guy has any idea what a socialist state is, but he is certainly worried about becoming one (as are many others).
