anyone can get it regardless. For the 3 million or so of us who live in NOVA, it's pretty easy to drive to the U Street Corridor and there are even services that will deliver into Virginia from DC.

It's also a lot less dangerous when people aren't buying black market vapes and shit, which they do (even in DC since Congress has stonewalled the city's attempts to set up a licensing and regulatory authority and they essentially have an open black market that no one gives a shit about).

Makes perfect sense to legalize and regulate. Make sure people know WTF they're getting. And remember, overall it's less damaging to your body and brain than alcohol, which is everywhere.
