Honestly, she is far from the worst candidate that has been appointed to


the federal bench by this lot. She is way too young and inexperienced to be a federal judge, but at least graduated at the top of her law school class, landed some prestigious clerkships (including one for Thomas, if I'm not mistaken), and worked at DOJ.

I'll at least say she has talent. Some of these people couldn't get jobs at a B-List law firm in flyover country ... and she rose all the way to the ranks of Senior Associate at JonesDay! OK, when I put it that way....
